This policy explains how LotteryAI USA ("we") handles information when you use lotteryaiusa.com and our app.

Information we collect

• Without an account: numbers you save in My Numbers, quiz streaks and similar settings stay on your own device. We store a random device code so the quiz, Challenges and visit counts work; on our server it is scrambled (hashed) and not linked to your name.
• Visit counts: we count daily visits and unique visitors anonymously, using that scrambled code.
• If you create an account: your email address and password (stored securely by our sign-in provider), plus picks you choose to save online.
• Things you choose to share: stories, votes, quiz nicknames and badges, Challenge entries and optional public matches. Public pages never show your email or real name.
• AI questions: when signed-in players ask the AI box or request personal picks, the text is sent to our AI provider only to create the answer.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and reliability.

How we use information

To run the app, show results, save your picks, prevent abuse, understand how many people use the app, and improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

We use browser storage to remember your settings. We may show ads from Google and other advertising partners. These partners may use cookies or similar technology to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on your visits.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, database and sign-in, email delivery, AI answers, lottery result data and advertising. They process information only to provide their services to us.

Your choices

• Clear your browser storage to remove device-only data.
• Delete your own stories or turn off public sharing at any time.
• Email us to ask for a copy or deletion of your account information.

Children

The app is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Playing the lottery requires being 18+ (21+ in some states).

Security

We use secure connections and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
